Working principle of DC cooling fan :

The working principle of the DC cooling fan is to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy through DC voltage and electromagnetic induction to drive the fan blades to rotate. The coil and IC are constantly switched, and the induction magnetic ring drives the fan blades to rotate.

Structure and composition:

The rotor of the DC cooling fan includes the DC cooling fan blades, which are the source of air flow, the fan axis, which is used to support the rotation of the balanced fan blades, the rotor magnetic ring, the permanent magnet, which drives the magnetic level switching speed key, the magnetic ring outer frame, and the fixed magnetic ring. 2. AC fan

Working principle of AC cooling fan:

The working principle of AC fan is driven by AC power supply. The voltage will alternate between positive and negative, and it will generate a magnetic field without relying on circuit control. The power supply frequency is fixed, and the speed of magnetic pole change generated by silicon steel sheet is determined by the power supply frequency. The higher the frequency, the faster the magnetic field switching speed, and theoretically the faster the speed. However, the frequency cannot be too fast, otherwise it will cause difficulty in starting.

Structure and composition:

The internal structure of the AC fan (single-phase) is composed of two coil windings, one is the starting winding, and the two windings are connected in series to form three points. The series point is the common end, the end of the starting winding is the starting end, and the end of the running winding is the running end. In addition, a starting capacitor is also required. The capacity is usually between 12uf and the withstand voltage is usually 250v. There are two connectors, one end is connected to the end of the starting winding and the other end is connected to the end of the running winding to form a triangle. The power supply (no need to distinguish between the live wire and the neutral wire) is connected to the end of the running winding (that is, it is also connected to one end of the capacitor), and the other is connected to the common end. The ground wire is connected to the motor casing.

Material features:

The internal structure of the AC fan is mainly based on the transformer. Most AC fans use domestic discharge needles, which are generally tungsten needles or stainless steel. If the voltage fluctuates too much, it will affect the service life of the transformer.
