Modern blowers are mainly composed of the following six parts: motor, air filter, blower body, air chamber, base (also oil tank), and oil dripping nozzle. The blower operates eccentrically with the rotor offset in the cylinder, and the volume change between the blades in the rotor slot causes the air to be sucked in, compressed, and expelled. During operation, the pressure difference of the blower is used to automatically send lubrication to the oil dripping nozzle and drip into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise, while keeping the gas in the cylinder from flowing back. This type of blower is also called a sliding vane blower. The blower mainly delivers clean air, clean coal gas, sulfur dioxide, and other inert gases. It can also produce and deliver other flammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic, and special gases on demand. Therefore, it can be widely used in various industrial sectors such as metallurgy, chemical industry, fertilizer, petrochemical, food, building materials, petroleum, mines, textiles, gas stations, pneumatic transportation, and sewage treatment.

Rotor: It consists of shaft, impeller, bearings, synchronous gears, couplings, sleeves, etc.
Impeller: Involute profile is selected, with high volume utilization.
Bearing: The end near the coupling as the positioning end uses a 3000 double-row radial spherical roller bearing. The end near the gear as the free end uses a 32000 single-row radial short cylindrical roller bearing to accommodate the axial displacement of the rotor during thermal expansion.
Synchronous gear: It consists of a gear ring and a hub, which is convenient for adjusting the impeller clearance.
Machine body: It is composed of the machine housing and left and right wall panels. The left and right wall panels and the bearing seats and sealing parts installed in the left and right wall panels are interchangeable.
Base: Medium and small fans are equipped with a common base, and large fans are only equipped with a fan base, which is convenient for installation and debugging.
Lubrication: Gears are immersed and bearings are splash lubricated. The lubrication effect is good, safe and reliable.
Transmission mode: Direct coupling is the main method. If performance specifications require, V-belt pulley speed change can also be used. The coupling uses an elastic coupling, which can mitigate impact and compensate for a small amount of axis deviation. In addition to using an electric motor as the driving machine, a large flow fan can also use a steam turbine or other driving machine.
Classification
According to the pressure of the fan, the fan can be divided into low-pressure fans, medium-pressure fans and high-pressure fans.
The pressure range is as follows:
Low pressure: Fan full pressure H≤1000Pa
Medium pressure: 1000Pa
High pressure (centrifugal fan): 3000Pa
Low-pressure and medium-low-pressure fans are mostly used in ventilation projects.
