The operator must be familiar with this regulation before starting the machine and operate the blower strictly in accordance with this regulation .

Power on

1. Check the lubricating oil level in the oil tank, which should be between the upper and lower limits of the dipstick.

2. Notify the substation to supply power to this machine.

3. Check the control cabinet on the machine. There should be no alarm display. If there is an alarm, find out the cause and eliminate it.

4. Select the "Manual" mode. (Touch the "Manual" key with your finger).

5. Check whether the pressure relief valve is in the open position (the green light of the pressure relief valve is on). Check whether the diffuser is at the minimum opening (the green light of the diffuser is on).

6. After the above inspections, confirm that the blower can be started, press the start button, and the blower enters the start procedure: ① The auxiliary oil pump performs pre-lubrication for one minute (the auxiliary oil pump runs with the green light on). ② The blower can start running (the blower runs with the green light on).

③ Close the pressure relief valve slowly (the green light goes out when the pressure relief valve is opened, and the green light comes on when the pressure relief valve is closed after two minutes).

④ The auxiliary oil pump stops running (the green light of the auxiliary oil pump is off and the red light of the stop light is on). At this point, the blower has been successfully started and can be put into formal operation.

⑤ If the blower fails to start as expected after pressing the start button, the red light of low oil pressure alarm will light up after one minute, and the entire starting process will stop. The cause must be found out and solved, and then the alarm will be eliminated and restarted.

run

1. After the fan is started, the diffuser opening can be slowly adjusted according to production needs, and the diffuser "open" and "close" keys can be used to control it to ensure the necessary air volume.

2. When the fan is running, the fan must be monitored frequently, and attention should be paid to the fan's current, oil temperature, oil pressure, air inlet vacuum, sound, fan, temperature, vibration, etc. Keep records on time. If there is any abnormality, find out the cause in time and eliminate it, and report to the production department. If necessary, emergency stop measures can be taken (use with caution).

Downtime

When a fan is stopped due to production, maintenance or repair.

1. Reduce the diffuser opening to the minimum (the diffuser minimum indicator green light is on).

2. Touch the fan "Stop" button with your finger and the shutdown procedure begins:

① The diffuser opening is reduced to zero (if the first step is not performed).

②The pressure relief valve opens automatically (the green light on the pressure relief valve is on).

③The compressor stops running (the red light is on when the compressor stops running).

④The auxiliary oil pump is automatically put into operation, the whole machine stops in 3 minutes, and the whole stop procedure ends here.

3. During the shutdown process, the operator should continue to monitor the machine instruments and the changes in the overall status, and make records at the end.
