　　Section 1: Maintenance of electric fans with rotating motors

　　For electric fans whose motors can move, we can do it in one step according to the actual situation. Instead of repairing them step by step as mentioned above. If the user says that the electric fan turns slowly at first and then gradually speeds up, according to experience, it is usually because the motor is slightly stuck on the shaft, because the lubricating oil of the electric fan is missing at the beginning. Directly disassemble the electric fan motor and add enough sewing machine oil to the felt of the front and rear bushings, which can generally be repaired. If the user says: The electric fan could turn slowly earlier, and gradually speeded up after a period of time, and now it can only turn slightly. It means that the dried lubricating oil residue of the electric fan motor is stagnant and hinders the rotation of the motor, forming a serious sticking shaft. Directly disassemble the motor, first remove the oil and rust on the front and rear bushings and the motor shaft, and then add enough sewing machine oil to the felt of the front and rear bushings. Most electric fans can return to normal. If the user says: The electric fan fast gear is like the slow gear, and can only turn slowly, it may be that the capacity of the starting capacitor of the electric fan has become smaller. Just replace the capacitor and try it. Often the problem can be cured.

　　Section 2: Troubleshooting of remote control fan that turns on when power is supplied

　　The control actuators of today's remote-controlled fans are basically thyristors. From the principle, we can see that thyristors are essentially equivalent to switches, and the breakdown of thyristors is equivalent to the switch being turned on. When the power is turned on, the fan will of course turn.

　　For example, a floor-standing remote-controlled electric fan, when in use, the remote control functions are basically normal. However, after the electric fan is turned off (not unplugged), the electric fan can be touched with hand, and there is a noticeable vibration, and the electric fan makes a buzzing sound, which is particularly obvious at night. Looking closely at the electric fan blades, they are also rotating slowly. Because the various control functions are basically normal, it means that the MCU is normal. From the above principle, it can be known that the thyristor is faulty. Disassemble the electric fan. Measure the resistance of each thyristor, and the resistance value is normal. Since it is only rotating slowly, it is estimated that the low-speed thyristor is faulty. Solder the low-speed connection, the buzzing sound disappears, replace the thyristor, and the fault is eliminated.

　　Another user of a remote-controlled wall-mounted electric fan said that the fan would spin as soon as it was plugged in, unless the power was unplugged. The machine was disassembled to measure the thyristor, and the high-speed thyristor was short-circuited. After replacing it, the fault was eliminated.

　　If the thyristor of the remote-controlled electric fan is damaged, it can be replaced with 97A6, ZD607, BT131, etc.

　　The above are the things we need to pay attention to and the maintenance methods when the electric fan fails. When the electric fan really does not rotate, it sometimes means that the electric fan is seriously stuck. We only need to clean the oil and rust on the front and rear bushings and the motor shaft to solve the problem of the electric fan not rotating to a large extent.
